Now, here is a perfect example of why SEO is an ongoing, process of
website tweaks and edits. Yesterday, Google announced on the Official
Google Webmaster's Blog a new "under-the-hood" search technology
project a.k.a. code name "Caffeine" has been in the works.

Here's what Google is saying in an excerpt taken from the Google blog post announcing the next generation infrastructure -
"It's the first step in a process that will let us push the envelope on size, indexing speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and other dimensions. The new infrastructure sits 'under the hood' of Google's search engine, which means that most users won't notice a difference in search results. But web developers and power searchers might notice a few differences, so we're opening up a web developer preview to collect feedback."
It is to early to know how Google's project "Caffeine" will effect website page rank and search results, but one thing is for certain - all those slick marketing people selling “Guaranteed Google Page 1, SEO Magic" just got hit with a huge "buzz" kill.
As for all of us hard working SEO marketing specialists, the ongoing SEO process of research and testing continues. But this is what gives us our buzz; the exact stuff we live for. It's our cup of SEO "Joe."
